Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary as orders ship either from China, Hong Kong or United States.
Orders shipping from China and Hong Kong should arrive in 15 to 30 business days of shipment.
Orders shipping from United States should arrive in 10 to 14 business days of shipment.
Expedited orders from China should arrive within 14 business days of shipment.
Please note that most of our products ship from China and may require an additional 3 to 7 day processing time before shipment.
Products sourced from US will have an option on product page to select United States as origin.
Most orders to the US can be tracked via USPS. Tracking to all order countries will be supplied depending on the shipping service used.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. We hope to bring you this option in future as we continue to grow.
Items are returnable within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us through the returns center to request RMA# before shipping items back to us. Returns without an RMA# will be rejected.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on underwear due to sanitary reasons.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Refunds may be applicable if an item is received in damaged condition. Please contact us if this is the case and we will provide further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service for your returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
